Your order was cancelled because we didn't have the stock you wanted, nor can we supply OEM products to the UK. If you would like Compatible inks and they are in stock we can fulfil your order. This was emailed too you and your refund was issued the same day. Not sure what more we could have done to improve our customer service, which is what Trustpilot is for. Thanks for the one star review, all feedback is good feedback.

Great service & excellent replacement ink quality

Great service - good quality inks. Fast Delivery by DPD and very good prices (especially compared to the OEM's & main retail outlets. No need to go anywhere else - I've bought my replacement inks from inksdirect.ie for many years now and always happy with the products and the service. Highly recommended.
