The flavor is amazing. I ordered the water processed decaf and am delighted with the beans. Yummy.
I also tried the flavors recommended to be drunk with milk. Excellent.
If the service continues without a problem I will be a longtime customer.

Still awaiting delivery of order. This was a reply to a request to leave a Trustpilot review to which I replied. I since edited the reply to state delivery arrived at 8.30pm on the following day.
All I done was to leave a genuine reply to my review.

In these cases, the best thing to do is contact us directly so we can get in touch with the delivery company and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
As much as we'd love to be able to monitor every single coffee shipment, unfortunately, that's not possible. We're human, and sometimes issues can arise during delivery.
We have three official customer service channels: email, phone and WhatsApp. Please feel free to contact us through any of them, and we'll be happy to look into your case and find a quick and fair solution. 😊

I have been using Incapto for almost 2 years and I don't know how I drank coffee before then.
The machine is slim and super compact, making a cute addition to my kitchen, without losing it's functionality.
Having the coffee come to the house every 3 months, is soo convenient. I do not have to worry if I am going run out to my daily cup!

There was an issue with my purchase delivery (coffee machine + coffee).
Without waiting an instant customer support directly sent me another set exactly with the stuff I had ordered with express delivery at their expense.

We moved, so I change the address for the subscription, guess what, they still ship to the old address, while they keep telling you to communicate through "official communication channel", they won't reply your WhatsApp, you can send as many requests which all will be ignores, good luck calling them that they will never answer.
