eSIM does not work properly. Only 100MB for one user, and expired the same day I activated it. the information Intermundial provided is misleading the user.

The eSIM included with the insurance is a complimentary benefit with a limited amount of mobile data, not an unlimited international data plan. Its duration will therefore depend directly on how the data is used and consumed after activation.
That said, we understand how important it is for this information to be completely clear before use, and we will review how it is presented to avoid any possible misunderstanding.

Problem with persons age changing during insurance period
I had a problem buying holiday insurance on the internet because the person to be insured's 68th birthday was during the period of insurance. I put in that the person was 68 and over and the system would not accept this when I put their date of birth in which of course gave them an age of 67. There was no note to explain what to do under these circumstances. However I found the contact number of Intermundial and a very nice lady explained that I should select a person under 68 and that the insurance would be valid. She stated that it is the age of the person at the time of buying the insurance that takes precedence. Oh and it was cheaper too. So overall they were good but maybe they should add a note about the age at time of purchase.

My daughter had an incident on our trip to Canada which brought us to a walk-in clinic. I emailed intermundial with the required information and the claim was processed quickly. The only opportunity is that the process to automatically file the claim through their app doesn't work - it just constantly loads without uploading. Nonetheless, I will continue with intermundial for the rest of our trips as they offer great coverage at a great price.

I already sended all the documents that literally prove that my bagage was declared lost, I feel that my documents are not fully reviewed. I already had a proof sendes before.. its almost already 2 months that this case is still open and its super inconvienient for me, when my case is complete I will consider my revieuw to positive
