Ordered som products on the 5th of August and paid extra for tracking. Order has been confirmed by them. Now writing this on the 23th of August and still haven't received any tracking. Have written them two times with no response. Their online tracking service with "17track" is bogus, it just prompt you the same answer even if you write a random order No. and email. Their contact info on the "Terms of Service" page is wiped hence, Company address, phone, Registration VAT No is blank - only a formal email is provided. I am still looking forward to receive my products but I doubt It will happen. Overall Poor Service and they have not delivered what was paid for in terms of tracking service and products. Therefor 1 star.

I would give 0 stars if i could. This company should be sued for complete false advertising and I would if I could. Their site states hand made in Ukraine. “Products are made to order”. My item arrived with a “made in China” tag. The bag it arrived in was from China. I took it upon myself to look on aliexpress to see
if i saw the item on there and sure enough I did, for 1/5th the price. Complete frauds.
