Why does Hello Watt restrict access to…
Why does Hello Watt restrict access to the app to France. This is unnecessary as the app is only an advantage if you live in France, but many potential app users( living in France) have google accounts with google billing addresses outside of France. Therefore Google Playstore restricts the download of the app. Hello Watt are loosing users ( me included)because if this tredtriction

Terrible customer service
Contacted them for a quotation for an air-water heat pump system with an integrated hot water boiler. The person came back by phone and completely mixed up the information that had been provided with that from another client. It was then agreed that they would come back to a more extensive thermal assessment by phone prior to sending a technician from a sub-contractor. I also provided by email all the documents they asked. I cancelled a work meeting for this call that never came, and since they never replied to any email, it was impossible to reach them by phone. Probably better this way, but I highly recommend for seeking other suppliers who care about the customers.

Since we switched electricity provider using hello watt we have been paying both Engie & EDF for our electricity. I phone hello watt every month and still they have not sorted the problem. This has been going on for 8 months!

Malheureusement, le problème actuel relève désormais du fournisseur, qui aurait dû procéder à la clôture de votre ancien contrat à la date de bascule vers le nouveau fournisseur.
Nous continuons bien sûr à suivre la situation, même si nous ne pouvons pas agir directement sur les systèmes externes d’Hello Watt. Nous avons de notre côté, exécuté tout ce qui était possible de faire afin de résoudre le problème.
Nous restons à votre disposition pour vous accompagner dans cette démarche si besoin au 01.86.47.76.15.

No interest in their customers
Je l'ai contacté pour lui faire savoir que les changements qu'il avait apportés à son application Android, Tempo (destinée aux abonnés d'EDF Tempo), auparavant très utile, n'
étaient pas du tout conviviaux pour les daltoniens. Auparavant, l'application était parfaitement utilisable par les daltoniens et les personnes ayant une vision normale, mais Hellowatt l'avait inutilement rendue inutilisable pour les premiers (comme moi) en désaturant les couleurs du calendrier affiché.
Il aurait été facile de remédier à ce problème, mais la société a ignoré mes nombreux courriels.
I contacted this outfit to let them know that the changes they had made to their previously useful Android app, Tempo (for use by EDF Tempo subscribers) were highly user-unfriendly to colour blind users. Previously the app was perfectly usable by colorblind and those with normal vision, but Hellowatt had unnecessarily made it unusable to the former (like me) by desaturating the colours in the displayed calendar.
This matter could readily have been remedied, but instead the company just ignored my several emails.
