Had a brilliant experience with Heatable from start to finish!

The online quote came back super fast with three different boiler options. I had a few questions, so I asked for a callback, and they literally phoned me straight away. They walked me through everything, including some great finance options. When I asked about any possible extras they gave me a choice between money off or a free Hive Mini setup.

Installation was dead smooth. They were ready to come out in two days, but because of the bank holiday, we pushed it to five, which suited me fine as it wasn't an emergency. The engineer were brilliant, notified of who the engineer would be the day before and did really neat work, and cleaned up after themselves properly.

They even phoned the next day to make sure I was happy and to explain how the warranty paperwork works. Huge thanks to the whole team.

Really excellent service. After unfortunately having our old boiler condemned during a routine service we were stuck without a boiler with a young family. Having a quote from our current gas supplier was… interesting. However a family friend recommended heatable as an option. We got a better quality boiler for cheaper and in a much quicker timescale than was offered. Would highly recommend anyone to go with heatable.

Worked none stop, friendly, knew exactly what they were doing. They took great care to make sure they didn’t hit a hidden water pipe that I warned them was close to where they were installing. Great job

Lee was brilliant from the moment we started looking for a new boiler. He gave clear guidance on what to choose, explained the pros and cons, and made the whole decision really straightforward.

When it came to the installation, he was friendly, professional, and kept each stage clear so we always knew what was happening. He really put a shift in to make sure we had a working boiler by the end of the day, even with a few design issues that weren’t his fault.

Everything was left tidy, cleaned up properly, and the workmanship was spot on. Would happily recommend Lee to anyone looking for a reliable fitter.

Had a new boiler fitted, price was excellent, the installer was very knowledgeable, and it was fitted 2 days after ordering (on a bank holiday weekend). Super impressed with heatable would 100% recommend.

A great experience with Heatable from start to finish. They installed our solar panels, Sigenergy gateway, 27kWh battery system and EV charger. The whole installation was completed professionally and to a very high standard.

Fast boiler installation available (within 2 days), with 0% finance. Friendly and knowledgeable engineer came to install; some minor issues in installation were well dealt with. Was kept well informed of whole process.

Answered all questions quickly and clearly. Turned up on time and did a great job fitting a new boiler for me and left absolutely no mess! I recommend! 🙂

The overall process was extremely easy.

Initially, getting the quotes was very straightforward and their customer service helped me understand the process. Application for financing was also straightforward. Due to a shortage if AC’s, the customer service called me and informed me of the situation and proposed a solution. Install itself was extremely professional. Extremely good job and the crew cleaned up after themselves.

Overall experience has been positive throughout.
