My delivery didn’t arrive, no problem, a replacement was sent immediately, top marks !!

I love the raspberry lemonade flavour, I’m not as keen on the pineapple mango but certainly not horrid. My sleep seems deeper since taking, so a good addition to my nighttime routine.

What a difference in just a couple of weeks. I used to wake at 3am almost every day with really restless legs and my mind buzzing with everything I needed to get done the following day... or thinking about what I 'didn't' get done that day but now...WOW!

I take my drink around 9pm daily with ice cold water and I wake feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

If I ever forget to take it, I notice the difference immediately. It is a fantastic product and I am so pleased I found it as I have tried various supplements over the years post menopause and most turned out to be gimmicks with very little result.

Healthy Metal is the real deal, I have now been taking it for three months and just ordered my next three months worth. Highly recommended, try the trial first and see how you get on as different people will have different results I'm sure.

I have been recommending it to all of my friends and family as we are all over the '50's bracket' and were suffering similar symptoms with sleep patterns etc.

I ordered the 5 day trial but added on another 7 days. I am halfway through. My experience is mostly positive. I love the concept of enjoying the ‘ritual’ of a time to relax in the evening. I have not experienced better sleep as yet but certainly do feel more relaxed and calm. My only disappointment was the taste - which certainly isn’t unpleasant - but not particularly ‘tart’ as described - and I didn’t taste any raspberry at all. However, I really like the product enough to continue using it. Perhaps the next 7 days will produce some more positive results and better sleep.

Love the taste. I drink it cold about an hour before bed. I have so far had the 5 night trial but not noticed any difference in my sleeping. However, I did feel a little bit sick this morning and have suffered headaches for a couple of days.
I have a further 7 nights supply, so will see if anything changes.

tried the sample pack initially , which my husband loved, said he had the best night's sleep ever!
Have ordered him the monthly pack, and he says they really do help him to get to sleep, and more importantly, stay asleep.
Can definitely recommend this product. Much better than his previous magnesium pills.

Although this product does taste lovely especially warm it has done absolutely nothing interms of helping with sleep.

Really enjoying the raspberry & lemon drinks in an evening. They have a made a huge difference to my sleep and waking up more refreshed than I have for years.

I have been taking this now for almost 2 weeks. I have struggled with my sleep for years and have to say this has really helped. I usually wake between 6-8 times a night and this has significantly reduced to maybe once or twice although I have managed to get a full night which has not happened for a very long time. I’ll definitely be keeping on with this.

I absolutely love the flavour but knowing it’s doing me good. I have mine about 30 minutes to an hour before bed & I get into my bed ready to sleep & I love waking up feeling refreshed even when your woken up with the alarm.

good prompt service; early days and nights yet, but so far my apple watch sleep monitor shows improved sleep patterns when i take a sachet before bedtime, and when i’ve missed, sleep patterns not as good. i’ve got a 30 day box so let’s see but so far so good zzzzzzzzz

Healthy Metal , what can I say Its a game changer for me . I have just had a knee replacement, so sleep is in short periods, 1 or 2 hours before the pain of laying flat wakes me up,since the first week of drinking this light lemon 🍋 drink I fall back to sleep very quickly and in the morning I felt as if I've had a full night's sleep.
As for the taste It might not be for everyone, but for me its perfect, sharp lemon taste , I have not had the taste of raspberries, or understand the advert with the drink showing pink ,a little misleading.
I can't fault the product or what it achieves, restful sleep.
The company as quick to appreciate your order. There are not many companies offering a free trail these days .its genuine make the most of it while its on offer , I paid for the extra days ,just to make sure its what it said on the box , but ordered 2 boxed after a few days . Loving the taste . I use just hot water and have mine about 1 hour before bed.
I find I have deeper sleep than before, plus knowing I am replenishing minerals into my body... helping my body to feel better

I was a little sceptical as to whether these would work or not. Initially I did the extended trial (12 nights) and I was pleasantly surprised, first with the flavour and how easy it is to drink and secondly how much it has improved my sleep. I have now subscribed and am enjoying a good nights sleep.

Only on 3rd day, see if I feel better after 7 days. Taste is great, just a slight after taste if you can get over that. So far ok!
