The artwork I received is beautiful
The artwork I received is beautiful, and I have no complaints about the product or their effort to send it. My problems are with the delivery. First, an import fee was imposed after the order with no warning that was coming. To their credit, they refunded the fee to me. The biggest problem was with their carrier DHL. I dealt with this pathetic excuse for a delivery service for 2 weeks before giving up and picking up the package at a DHL warehouse. If I wanted to buy another Harmonie product I would insist they use a carrier other than DHL.

We are, however, truly sorry for the difficulties you experienced with the delivery. In particular, due to the new U.S. customs duties regulation that came into effect on August 29, additional import fees were unfortunately applied after your order. We immediately refunded this fee to you, but we fully understand how unpleasant and unexpected this was.
We also sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with DHL. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we are actively reviewing alternative carriers to provide a smoother delivery experience for our U.S. customers.
