Extremely disappointing customer…
Extremely disappointing customer service – Order still not received
I placed my order on 13th October, and today, 4th November, I am still waiting for it to arrive.
The online customer service has been incredibly unhelpful throughout this whole experience. I was only provided with a tracking reference after chasing them myself, and Royal Mail tracking has not been updated since 20th October.
For the past two weeks, I have repeatedly been told that they will contact Royal Mail and get back to me. However, nothing has been resolved, and I keep receiving exactly the same response.
I have since taken it upon myself to contact Royal Mail directly, who informed me that the parcel is stuck in customs and needs to be released by Hackett. I have explained this information to the online customer service team, yet they continue to tell me they are waiting to hear back from Royal Mail.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have specifically requested a refund, but my requests are simply being ignored.
This is absolutely appalling customer service. I should not have to spend weeks chasing an order, contacting the delivery company myself and repeatedly asking for a refund.
I expected much better from Hackett. This experience has completely put me off purchasing from them again, and I certainly will not be recommending them to others.

Still no delivery by UPS and the delivery firm claiming my address of 28 years doesn’t exist. UPS in Italy is dreadful. Hackett should dump them or risk reputational damage and the loss of regular customers.

Hopefully normal service will resume!
Lack of guidance on what S, M, L belt sizes mean in waist size meant I made a mistake and had to return & re-order. I feel Hackett should give clearer guidance. Delivery times seem poor at the moment. Items are taking an extra 5 working days so approx 1.5 weeks in all which is a faff when returns / re-orders required. Products are excellent and I’ve always had very decent service from Hackett UK but at the moment things seem sub-standard.

Poor delivery service from Hackett…
I chose ‘Collect in Store’ as Hackett indicated that the delivery time was only 1-2 working days.
It turns out they just use Royal Mail to ship it to their own store, taking more than 5 working days to deliver!
