Awesome shared host with great customer service...
Customer service is top notch and made it fast, easy, and painless to switch from my previous host. To make things even better my recurring costs at Hawk Host are not much higher than the price I paid at the previous host (and that includes the 50% off deal I had with the previous host). And the icing on the cake is that the basic plan at Hawk Host has far more to offer both in hardware specs and software tools than the mid tier plan I was on with my previous host. All in all, I wish I had switched sooner.

20 years of nothing but excellence
I’ve probably been with HawkHost for almost 20 uninterrupted years. Wow… saying that out loud made me feel old.
I’ve only used the shared hosting plan and VPS a couple of times. Good performance and bang for your buck. Default cPanel and fair space/limits (emails, domains, bandwidth, storage, etc.). External health checks confirm declared SLA uptime.
Where HawkHost amazes me - support. Staff always replies within minutes. Even if you have a stupid question at 3am on a Sunday, they’re quite patient and super friendly. For 20 years, any time I’ve opened a ticked, a (real) staff member replied within 5-10 minutes.
