The shipping cost is ludicrous in this age. What is worse is they pull you in with a cheaper price only to slug you $16.95 for standard shipping of a baseball cap. That is ridiculous!
Unfortunately, my order was lost in the post, but the support team at Hats by the Hundred responded promptly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thanks to their excellent follow-up—especially Bec from the support team—my parcel was located and successfully delivered. Great customer service!
Excellent videos!!!! Great selection. Immediate response times. 1st Akubra, and 1st purchase from Hats by the 100. Ordered a Stockman, Santone Fawn, 57. Ordered on the 1st, at my door on the 10th. Amazing! Arrived in perfect condition. Size was as directed by videos, perfect fit. Plan on buying more.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Order took a month to arrive and then required a signature, something that was never communicated. Every email message was met with conflicting excuses and no solution.
Online purchases over the past two years and it's been nothing but positive experiences. Fast shipping with great packaged products. Easy communication with the store with questions I had. I am an international customer and have always been impressed with the service. I have only purchased Akubras from them and my goodness the quality is fabulous! I recently bought an akubra coober pedy from this company - not knowing my size i got one that is just a little tight. The reviews by the owner is to get a hat stretcher - and i did just that . Initially i was a bit skeptical if it will stretch it out I got the stretcher today and steamed the sides of the hat a bit and then put the stretcher in. Tried it a few hours later and WOW , its just pop into my head like a charm. Unreal ! The advice was awesome - now i have a hat that fits me snug and well. Thanks Hats by the 100, you gave fabulous advice .
