4 days until they respond to the ticket
4 days until they respond to the ticket and my request is pending. Their treatment of people is bad and disrespectful. I was rejected and my order and refund the money for no reason. It is better for them to look for a job other than their field, because this is not appropriate for them.

When you first sent us your order, we asked you to verify your personal data because your "customer area" had not been filled in correctly.
From the moment we requested this verification, we waited 4 days before receiving your reply.
We have refunded your money because we failed to verify your personal details.
In our field, attention to privacy and personal data is essential, whoever purchases such a service should know this.
We believe in transparency, no one denied you any kind of explanation but you didn't even think about asking for explanations before leaving this review.
However, we are sorry that your experience was negative but we are also sorry that you attacked us like this without even knowing the reason for the refund.
By the way, thank you for your feedback, we will try to improve this side of our order management.
