Hannah Tramontano was my Progression Agent throughout the process of buying and selling my property. Unfortunately, the chain broke down and the transaction did not complete, through no fault of Hannah’s.

Throughout the entire process, Hannah was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly supportive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. It was clear from the start that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work.

Used Homey for a property transaction and it was a mess from start to finish. Hussain and Say both kept telling me it'd be sorted soon, quick turnaround, don't worry about it, none of that happened. Months went by and there was basically no progress.

Then when I started chasing them about the delays, they just stopped picking up the phone. No calls back, no updates, nothing. Felt like I was being ignored on purpose once things went south.

Honestly felt like a scam at that point. Wasted so much time waiting around for nothing. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a sham. They took thousands of pounds from me for a conveyancing legal service (selling my flat and buying a house) and the level of service was shockingly poor. Incompetent, slow, no means of communicating with the lawyers. The transactions are in the process of falling through due to them.
