FRAUD, STAY AWAY!
We ordered a hob and owen, said 4-6 weeks, since then it has been 13 weeks with no delivery! They take absolute no responsability, ghost you and rarely replies. Phone line is off and they blame their Italian partner Kelsostore who they supposedly drop ship for. We are left with a fake DHL tracking and 13 weeks of waiting for our 5000 euro order that is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. The service and customer support is an absolute disaster!
