Non-removable collar stays?
The shirt came exactly as ordered, except for one surprising feature. The collar stays are plastic and sewn in. I was quite surprised by this detail in a custom shirt. Non-removable collar stays are much more common to inexpensive shirts, in my experience. Had I known that my Hockerty custom shirt did not have removable collar stays, I would not have ordered it.

Burgundy Overcoat
I ordered a custom burgundy overcoat using their builder and it is fantastic!
If I could improve one thing, it would have been receiving pictures of the coat with the email updates on progress, that would have been really cool.

Suit fits great for the most parts
Suit fits great for the most parts. Pants are a little tight around the thighs and the jacket is pretty thick. Overall a great suit for the price and is much better quality than I anticipated.

Great communication, but more importantly, perfect fit. I was a little unsure since I lift a lot and am not "normal" measurements, but the TUX arrived on-time and was a perfect fit with no additional adjustments needed

VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - beware if there is a problem with your order.
I ordered a pair of loafers from Hockerty but when they arrived they were FAR TO NARROW TOWEAR. Instead of providing a straightforward solution, Hockerty’s customer service repeatedly asked for additional information and measurements. Every time I provided the information they requested I was asked for additional information.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND BEING VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN ORDERING SHOES DROM HOCKERTY.

I was supposed to recieve the suit on the 28th of August. That was then pushed to the 31st. Now it's almost the 2nd. I leave for my destination wedding on thr 4th. I placed the order over a month ago! They advertise quick turn arounds but I'm still waiting. No idea how it will fit or be.
