Mediocre Quality at an Unjustifiably High Price
Luckily, before ordering the wallpaper, I decided to order four samples first. The wallpaper is of mediocre quality considering how extremely expensive it is.
In the end, I bought another vinyl wallpaper that was four times cheaper and, in my opinion, four times better than this one. I won’t mention the brand, so nobody thinks I work for or am promoting that company.
This wallpaper almost looks as if it had been printed on a regular home printer, albeit on paper that is slightly better than the typical 80 gsm household printer paper, but still quite similar. On top of that, the design looked slightly pixelated on all four samples.
I absolutely do not recommend it. There are much better alternatives available at a lower price.
It is obvious to me that the vast majority of the reviews here on Trustpilot must be paid reviews or bots, because I simply cannot believe that such an expensive and poor-quality wallpaper has such a high rating.

Our wallpapers are printed on premium non-woven material, which is fundamentally different from vinyl wallpaper. We specifically choose non-woven for its elegant matte finish, breathability, and environmental benefits, whereas vinyl is plastic-based.
Regarding the design looking pixelated, this does not reflect our standard quality. If there is a print issue on your samples, we would like to inspect it immediately.

Printing error but hopefully resolved
We found a lovely wallpaper on the hovia website and ordering and delivery was all fine. We had the paper installed and the pattern doesn't match at the borders. We have contacted hovia who responded within 3 days and are reprinting the paper for us and sending out asap. Hopefully that will mean we have matched borders 🤞🏻

The samples were hard to work with
The samples were hard to work with, the print quality was less crisp and sharp than I would have expected. The samples were also sometimes an odd cut so you can't really get a picture of what a mural piece would look like as a whole. I think it's just a reality of this type of custom printed wallpaper.

Bad quality
We have purchased the Galaxy Light Blue wallpaper to my daughter’s room. Unfortunately it is a very bad quality. The material was coming off at the edges and reacted badly with the glue, leaving spots around the wall. No, it was not the fault of the glue, we placed it on the wall with professionals and according to the instructions like all other wallpapers in our house (those we bought elsewhere and we had no issues). We mentioned the issue to the shop but they didn’t get any compensation. They were asking pictures of proof which of course doesn’t give back the real issue we saw in reality. We are disappointed and it wasn’t cheap.

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the product as we haven’t received it. The mural was ordered on July 5th and it is now July 19th. The courier has let you down. They did not deliver on the day promised and have yet to provide a new delivery date, nor a reason for the delay despite me contacting them directly. This was very frustrating as I had a decorator booked and had to cancel. I am very disappointed.
