Absolutely wonderful Villa like being in a luxury house. Amazing antique furniture, eating off bone china vessels at breakfast, crisp lace edged linens on bed…everything top marks. All of the staff are wonderful & welcoming too. Shout out to Maria & Eduardo & the wonderful man who serves breakfast.

The apartment is very clean, modern, beautiful and spacious. The rooftop is nice plus for relaxation. Nice restaurants are right behind the corner.

we stayed for 3 nights everything was smooth staff are very nice from concierge to restaurant we have everything we needed beach is easy access my 3 yr old enjoyed a lot good for small kids from pool to beach fine sand beach clear water very shallow and calm my daughter enjoy a lot playing with the small waves there's an event at night for the parents and kids we loved our stay

The location was close to all amenities and cafes and restaurants. Staff was very polite, professional and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Break fast was good. These are what we look for in a hotel. Not disappointed at all. Thank you

Impossible to reach them. I've called at least three times, sent mails, messages on WhatsApp, and no one answers. I need an invoice, but I think I'll never get it...

Tried to cancel my booking 3 months in advance as my mother in law is to undergo Chemotherapy.. Impossible to get someone directly in the hotel we booked.. I was told management would call back.. A week after an email was sent to them they issue a response saying they won't refund, even though the booking was made for high season, right in the middle of their busiest month (August).. No help whatsoever.. Note if you face any emergency they will not refund! The fist time I have ever faced this with a hotel. Also they don't have a phone number. Yiu get put though to one of their staff in Milan who had absolutely no input in the decision of the hotel.. If a hotel does not provide a direct number in this day and age it should not be allowed to operate!

I did a mistake in the reservation dates and I did not stay at the hotel. I asked for help to change my reservation dates and do not lose my money but no one answer my emails.

I didn't expect for that money, such excellence kind of service! Bravo!

Wonderful service, the breakfast was excellent and all the people working at Santa Teresa are very nice and friendly. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable.

A beautiful room with a stunning view of the Aegean Sea. The space is bright, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed every moment here.

We had a good stay at Hotiday Palermo Agostino, however, the communication between Hotiday and Vito who was supposed to be told about our late arrival (1.30/2 am) was very poor. Vito told us that he was not told about it and it was only by luck that he was at the appartment when we arrived. He took him a while to answer our call to let us in the room...Also, it was very confusing to be told by Hotiday to go to the 'Abali Gran Sultanato' because we booked using booking.com to stay at the Hotiday Palermo Agostino. The communication and the instructions to get to our room were very disappointing.

This was only one negative stay during my holiday and I already made my feedback on the Booking
You look only for your profit and your workers said “We don’t care”.
My check in time was late about your workers ignoring their duties and they asked me to wait outside the building by the door,wasn’t answering my calls when did not come in time they asked to wait,so I can not move from the door building even during hours.If they answer,I could sit down somewhere beside in peace of mind,but they obligated me to stand by the door hours.Later wi-fi didn’t work and no answer by the given phone number.
In the end,they knocked my door in the morning before check out time and asked me for check out!!!!
Again I call
Again no answer
Later she called herself to one man who told me “Yes,wi-fi does not work
Yes I do not answer
And yes I do not care even “
I was shocked
I paid more for that place,than other places to get this mess!!!!!
