Fact has proven i am absolutely right in saying kraken is made up of a group of thievessssss. They banned my account after i publicly disclose the essence of their illegality, in the same way as what Paxful. com did. First custom support reluctantly showing up to address the issues users raised. Then they threw big sanctimonious words to cover their sinister deads.They use every ugly means to stop victims from accessing funds. Finally they use security as excuse to totally prevent victims from their account. The same outrageous shameful way as Paxful!!!!Once again kraken is a bunch of swindlers crawling from underground to steal every penny honest people earn by hard working.!!!!!! A whole lot of beasts and monsters to syringe every bit of blood from sincere users!!!! I am writing to request an urgent update regarding my restricted account and my pending EUR withdrawal.

The funds involved are entirely my own. I deposited money from my personal Revolut account into Kraken, purchased Bitcoin, and transferred the Bitcoin to my own self-custody wallet. I later transferred the same Bitcoin back to my Kraken account, sold it for EUR, and requested a withdrawal of **€8,700** back to the same personal Revolut account from which the original funds were deposited.

My withdrawal has remained in **Pending** status since Saturday, and I have received no explanation for the delay. In addition, my account is restricted, preventing me from accessing live chat, and I have not received any emails explaining the restriction or requesting further information.

If my withdrawal is being held for a compliance or security review, please let me know immediately. I am fully willing to provide any documents or information you require, including proof of the source of funds, proof of ownership of the external wallet, or any other verification needed.

I respectfully request that you:

* Explain why my withdrawal is still pending.
* Confirm whether you require any additional documentation from me.

I deposited CAD $3000. To trade into BTC. Then proceeded to transfer it to another platform. They blocked 🚫 my account from every transaction. Stating restricted scam/fraud. Waiting time 90 days. Customer support was nill will get back to use soon. AI gave no positive feedback to resolve the issue. Numerous correspondence after 3 days I told them to check blockchain/
blockchair regarding scam/ fraud which I was a victim. I Had changed BTC back to CAD wanting to reverse transaction back to my bank and credit back thier horrendous fees they apply. They stated unable to comply. They finally

On **July 20, 2026, at 00:57:48 (UTC+8)**, I initiated a withdrawal of **24,509.2417 USDT** from my HTX account to my Kraken account.
* Both exchange accounts are **fully verified under my own identity (100% KYC)**, making this a completely legitimate personal asset transfer.
* The sole purpose was to purchase compliant assets on Kraken.
### **Unfair Treatment Faced:**
1. **Kraken Refuses to Credit Funds:** Upon receiving the withdrawal, they froze the transaction without any valid reason.
2. **Refusal to Refund to Source:** They neither credit the deposit nor allow the assets to be returned to my original HTX sender address.
3. **Endless Delays & Inaction:** I have submitted all requested KYC identification, withdrawal screenshots, and compliance authorization applications, yet Customer Support and Risk Control continue to stall with generic excuses.
4. **No Connection to Russia:** I have **zero ties to Russia**—I have never been to Russia, nor do I have any Russian associates.
As a fully compliant user, I follow all platform rules and completed KYC requirements. Yet, my legitimate property has been arbitrarily seized by these platforms without any reasonable justification! This severely violates the core ethos of cryptocurrency and blatantly infringes upon users' lawful rights!

I downloaded the kraken app and on the very same day I purchased $10 worth of bitcoin. My account was almost immediately put on restriction. I was not able to trade anything or withdraw anything or purchase anything additional. The only answer I ever got was there was suspicious activity. Customer service finally got in touch with me and said they were doing an investigation and would back be back with me soon. Approximately 3 weeks later I finally get a notification that something happened on their end that my account wasn't researched. Therefore, I had to continue to wait. Meanwhile I am still not able to do anything with the money I deposited.
Once the investigation was completed, they noted that there was some kind of suspicious activity and that some restrictions would remain on my account. I was however able to withdraw the money that remained in the account and I am deleting the app and will never use kraken again.

Kraken is a fraudelent exchange, they freeze user's accounts for very long periods without any valid reasons.
Their support is almost non-existen, you can't get any help from them to resolve account block.
In my case they are withholding 6000€ deposit without any reason and despite seeking help for various support forms they completely don't care about resolving this matter.
I strongly suggest to avoid this fraudelent exchange.

I recommended Kraken to my friend because I believed it was a trustworthy platform. Unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision.

My friend’s support ticket is #21956711, and after almost two weeks she still has not received a meaningful response. Her bank transfer has been stuck in “Processing” since 13 July, and she has not been given a clear explanation.

Watching someone I recommended the platform to go through this has also caused me a lot of stress. I feel responsible because I encouraged her to use Kraken, believing she would receive professional service.

I have been trying to contact someone a Kraken in relation to fraud on my account for over 6 weeks! I believe the is a possibility that all of my funds have now been stolen and still no reply! I have been told 3/4 times they will be in touch but then hear nothing, it is absolutely disgusting. I honestly cant believe this is how a company of this size treats its customers. Please learn from my lesson and avoid at all cost.

The ease of having various deposit options especially allowing users to deposit via their own bank transfer into an immediate account automatically opened for them in their own name on the Kraken server. This is very smooth and seamless and one of the best method of making crypto payment for me so far. I have been doing crypto on various exchanges for a very long time but Kraken's platform to me I will say is the best so I give it 10 stars instead of 5
