my experience was great although I had a little trouble with the first one that was sent. They shipped the next one over the next day. It was just in time for my party and great customer service. It’s literally like calling somebody on their cell phone. I will be doing this again.

Slight hiccup but great results.
Our first camera arrived as expected but had a hardware failure which led to a 2nd camera having to be sent. Luckily we received the replacement in 2 days and a few hours before the event. The camera and printer worked very well and the guests loved it. The instructions were good, set-up was pretty simple and the photo memories are great. Highly recommended the system.

make sure you have someone to man the machine
my first suggestion would be to make sure that somebody understands that they will need someone to man this photo stand during the entire night. It is not a self user machine. So unfortunately, during my 50th high school reunion, which will never come again, I had to man the photo machine all night. The pictures worked out great the machine worked out great. Had I known more about it I probably would’ve done the premium package, but I really couldn’t afford that. The set up was super easy. It worked well. The takedown was fine and the return was fine. And the company was helpful. My biggest issue was the fact that I had to stand there next to this machine all night and was not able to mingle and catch up with people and get my candid picture taken with anyone.

communication was on point
communication was on point! delivery was awesome, setup was super easy and all the instructions were in there with extras if needed. On our wedding day it was such a hit! tons of prints and extras even left over. after the wedding, we boxed it back up, and sent it out the monday after and within two days our digital copies are in the app! so so cool and worth the price! i was quoted by a company who had a long mirror that sits at the venue full time,$900 for the day!!! no no no thank you. KRUU WAS THE BEST! i'll probably use this for future events

Cost too much not to include a printer
Cost too much not to include a printer. Everyone kept asking, how can they get the photos we took at the event. I can’t text every person. No one wanted to use it because it didn’t have a printer. KRUU should include a printer otherwise it’s pointless. In addition the photos are only available for 190 days though their app. It’s cost over $200, you would think all packages would have a printer! Not everyone have smartphones to download your app. Would never order again unless all packages came with a printer. Ooooh!! And they lock the printer option so you can’t connect your own printer! No thank you.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we regret to hear event didn't go the way you hoped. That's frustrating, especially when guests are asking for photos on the spot and there's no easy way to hand them out.
We want to clarify one thing about the package: the Lite bundle is a digital-only package. This is noted both on our website and on your receipt, so unfortunately printing isn't included or available as an add-on for this tier. For onsite prints, we would recommend our Basic or Premium bundle, which includes a printer and would be a better fit for on site prints.
On the 190-day access window: that's the current time frame for photos to remain available in the app. We hear you on the smartphone concern too. Not every guest has one, which is exactly why the printer add-on exists for people who want physical copies on-site rather than relying on downloads.
We'll pass your feedback along to our team, especially the point about wanting printer access bundled more broadly.
