The company itself did a fantastic job: the ring is is perfect condition, was VERY well wrapped and was brand new as ordered. the problem was with the delivery guy who dropped it off at the Post Office instead of my house (but sent an email saying they missed me despite never even knocking) and it was a pain to find out what happened but I contacted the Kings Comics people and they were very helpful and understanding.

Five stars to King's Comics. Zero stars to the delivery person who didn't their job right.

I was so happy to find a comic book store with such a wide range. I ordered online and it was great it was packaged perfectly and the customer service was great everything I ordered was wrapped up and protected 🙌 cant wait to make another order soon

Almost perfect. The only problem is the status of orders is not clear on the website. Orders that already delivered only showing confirmed or on its way. And I do suggest that it would be better if a search box could be added at the top of the order history page to allow users to search for items purchased in the previous orders. This would significantly ease the burden of relying solely on my memory to keep on track of series releases. Hoping the IT team could improve these for better using experience on the website.

the book was great and the shipping was pretty short, perfect condition book, LOTS of safety measures takes with the packaging 10/10 would shop there again
