Order not sent, no response from company

I ordered a child’s backpack and toiletries bag on 26/12/2023 and have not received my order or any further correspondence from the company other than my original receipt. I haven’t even had a shipping notification so perhaps they haven’t noticed my order. I’ve attempted to contact them through the website contact box, though that appears to be faulty. I’ve called and left messages twice and sent a Facebook message with no response at all. It seems they have stolen my money. Be very careful ordering from this company!
