Great Customer Service Team!
I love their products (I've got quite a few of them), the way they're designed, but more than anything, their excellent customer service. Kiyo's customer service team (a special mention for Justine!) is truly exceptional. They go above and beyond for their customers. They are friendly, polite and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Kiyo to my friends and family. And I'm intending to fill my house with more of Kiyo products.

NWe ordered a large and xl light planter and we did have a few issues but it's when people go above and beyond to sort the issue which is important. The products look fabulous and the service we received was exceptional, would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Delighted with ginkgo bowl
I appreciated the prompt delivery of this beautiful bowl. It's larger than I expected and a lovely gingko shape, about three inches deep, perfect for individually wrapped chocolates or by itself. I also appreciated the excellent service when I inquired if it is foodsafe. It is suitable for any food that is protected from direct contact with the bowl.

I had a problem with one of the lights not working. In no time after I’d sent an email to support, Justine had arranged a replacement for me! I love the product and a friend loved it so much, I gave her one of the 3 I had ordered.

Beautiful Rechargable Light.
Very good customer service. Bought one of their rechargeable lamps and I love it. Slim and stylish with a nice pop of colour. Gives an amazing amount of streamed light too. Very pleased and will visit their store again.
