Card hacked to buy crypto voucher
My card was hacked and crypto voucher was used on this site. I wrote to customer service immediately, they explained that they were more or less unable to help, then when I replied asking for more information, I kept getting the same email back. It looked like it was an automatic reply that kept being sent to me, and not a member of staff replying to my specific situation and query. Disappointing, especially after being hacked.

Code did not work.
Bought a Rewe gift card for a friend, and neither the qr code nor the number code worked. It's been almost 2 weeks and no help from customer service at all. Complete waste of money, buyer beware!
UPDATE: I had already contacted customer service before KarteDirect replied below, but somehow their customer service managed to get even worse when I contacted them again! None of their customer service personel are interested in helping you at all, and instead try to send you off to contact literally anyone but them (just so you know, Rewe will say that KarteDirect are who you should talk to, but KarteDirect will say that it is Rewe). Awful experience, awful people.

they take customers for granted, they respect customers, they are hiding their direct contact, when send emails to lay complain they might not respond, if you like thousand emails they don't care. I think they should have direct contact for customer to reach them.
