Good, quick and unbureaucratic help concerning a complaint about an eBike.
The many poor reviews of this Karcher company reflect my recent experience. I made a mistake on an item in a multiple order but it transpired that this unwanted item was out of stock anyway. When I eventually got a number to ring customer services and asked them to cancel the wrong item they said they could not do that. I would have to wait for the out of stock item and then pay to send it back to them!!!! The item I need is a couple of spare microfiber cloths for a window vac as they only supplied one cloth. The window vac is listed at £79.99 and the version Lidl do is £19.99. Lidl's (German) window vac looks the same albeit different colours and comes supplied with 2 microfibre cloths. So I could buy 3 Lidl vacs for the price of 1 Karcher vac and have 6 cloths and 6 suction lips in the Lidl deal and still pay £20 less than Karcher are charging. I Hope someone can learn from this. I bet the customer service from Lidl is superior too.
