Dodge troubles
I am writing this review after so many times stop myself from writing it. This is because I had initially had great experience working with the guy Umar as everything went smooth. However, after the products were shipped to amazon, a lot of things went wrong, IP complaints, Amazon removing my inventory flagging with counterfiet products. I am still struggling after a year with my account health due to the products I got from Kay Wholesale. I like Umar and working with him but the experience in a whole was a headache.

It is important to note that an IP complaint is not the same as an authenticity or counterfeit determination. Amazon frequently allows brands to submit IP complaints against third-party sellers without conducting a counterfeit test buy, and many resellers have experienced similar enforcement actions regardless of product authenticity.
During our business relationship, there were no customer complaints alleging that the products were counterfeit, nor was there a pattern of customer returns suggesting authenticity issues. The products supplied were sourced through legitimate channels, and we have always stood behind the authenticity of the inventory we sell.
When this issue arose, we remained available to assist you and offered support with potential solutions, including helping with inventory liquidation and providing documentation guidance to address Amazon's concerns. We genuinely wanted to work together toward a resolution.
We understand how frustrating Amazon account issues can be, and we are sorry for the stress and inconvenience you experienced. However, we believe it is important to distinguish between an Amazon IP enforcement action and evidence that a product is counterfeit.

I see many negative comments about Kay Wholesales, and I believe this can stem from the buyer as well. To eliminate this from happen the parties should communicate there discrepancies before posting negative feedback. I’ve ordered multiple items from Umar, and had discrepancies that were resolved IMMEDIATELY and to my satisfaction. This creates trust and long term business.
