Unprofessional and lack of seriousness -Asked to provide data just to get ghosted

We were asked to present various financial and tax data so that they can asses if they can take our case or not, after which we were ghosted and they never replied again. It's ok if they think they cannot get the case, but it's really unprofessional to just never answer again, despite our efforts to follow up through email and SMS.

Janne from Konislium21 helped me to decide on a property loan. Konsilium21 was also very prompt in scheduling a meeting with me over Teams to help me out in my decision making as an expat in Denmark. There are not so many resources available online to these kind of things and it always good to have a professional advice.
