I have purchase a very expensive backpack on this website because it says "free returns" on top of the page and I wasn't sure if my laptop would fit in the backpack. After it arrived, I tried it and unfortunately it did not fit. When trying to return it, I was surprised by the information that the "free returns" on the website is only for Germany and I purchased from Austria.
They hide the number "3" after the "free returns" so you are mislead into thinking they do offer free returns, but NO!
I asked them to re considerate and got a no for an answer. I had to pay 20 EUR postal charges to be able to return the 150 EUR backpack I have purchase.

They should make it very clear on the top of the website that the free returns are only for Germany.
