Love the feel, the finish and the design.

I ordered 3 18/10 serving spoons from the website. 1st, I got 3 tablespoons, then I wrote to the company and they sent out 3-lXL tablespoons in a matte finish. Contacted them again, and got 2-XL serving spoons and one slotted spoon in 18/0. Contacted them again and they finally got my order right. They have never asked for all the erroneous spoons back, and the customer service was very quick at sending out more spoons, but it was frustrating to have to go through so much to get my order right. I love their product, though, and I would order again. I wish the shipping department was a bit more attentive. The customer service department never contacted me before sending out a new set, they would just send out what they thought I needed without really looking at the order. They were, maybe, trying to be a little too efficient. However, the tried really hard to get it right, and they eventually did.

I really love this flat wear. I had two spoons for several years and eventually they both broke and I didn’t know where I bought them, but I looked at the broken one and it had the name of the company on it so I looked it up and found that I was able to order more spoons. They came very quickly and I really love the pink color.

There was a delay in getting my order, but once I called customer service it was resolved quickly. The silverware looks great and is very ergonomic.

I just needed more of these excellent knork forks because they're my favorite eating utensil and I was always running out of clean ones.

I have been using Knork flatware for 10 years now. My elderly mother-in-law needed a little help with her dexterity, and it was wonderful to see her eat with confidence again! I still use Knork because it comes out of the dishwasher looking brilliant and with nothing left in the tines. I don't know what other flatware manufacturers are doing, but it seems that there are always little burrs in between the tines that catch food particles. Knork is quality dinnerware at a reasonable price that lasts and lasts!

I'm ordering to match missing pieces in my set. I triggered my order quite accidentally before reviewing the finish of my pieces. I emailed the published support email account immediately and never had a reply until this survey.

I was sent the wrong color on one order. Reached out 2x with no response. But do love the wine glasses and like giving them as gifts.

They were very helpful and went above and beyond with an order I was having trouble with. They have a great product. Just wish it was made in the U.S.A. My only complaint, it's made in the CCP. Hope the remedy that
