One of the legs does not have the screw on it so there’s no way for me to assemble it. Can you send me another one?

Nicely designed, but minimal instructions, and doesn't connect up with my smart TV or (apparently) with my PC. so from my point of view a waste of money, I'm afraid.

It took days before I could get the ink to go into the pen from the cartridge. Don't know why.

item did arrive how ever i wasn't notified by email or other ect ' that my order was 2 b in tha box today, im grateful that i was here to collect it ,i think there should b a notification that tha parcel would b delivered today ,
just so i would b here also 'so in saying this ill say cheers to you and thanks i have recieved it ,also i feel that it did take a while to arrive.

Did not like how long it took to be delivered! Coming from overseas and I will not purchase products coming from
Overseas. I purchased for birthday gift. Birthday was on August 5th. Took over a month for delivery!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Tracking system was great and easy to follow. Great service and notification.

The product was as described and looks like a fun puzzle to do. I didn't think the colors were as vibrant as what was depicted in the ad. It took several weeks to arrive at my house, but since it came from overseas I guess that's to be expected. I did appreciate the tracking of my package.

It works! I was a little worried about ordering from there but everything went well. Once the parcel left the states it was only 2 days from delivery.

Receipt/tracking info indicated it came from overseas. Delivery time was slow. Product seems ok but haven’t worn it yet.

Tracking was very poor. Still said it was in USA when it arrived at my door.
2ndly the photos made it look like it was 3D rather than a Lazer cut sheet with a printed picture on it.

Unfortunately the stitching on one corner was not finished correctly leaving a gap. The straps could have been a bit longer for easier attachment to the consol. The quality of the PCU Leather show up fingerprints. Overall it is a good idea and handy to have in my vehicle.
