I had the best experience with the floorshop online chat. Of course I knew the floor I wanted already after a couple of frustrating visits to flottegulv and 3 different starks… with floorshop I managed to get what I wanted ready to be picked up in less than 24 hours. Tak Jack :)

Honest and reliable people. Very professional and helpful.
We got our new beautiful floors delivered on the agreed date and time and not only they did their own job very well, but also helped us sorting out the issues with the installation and the delivery company.

Terrible service, being called and harassed to remove my original review! They have now requested it removed as not a genuine experience - came by the shop twice spoke about returning extra unopened packets said it was fine both time!
Low and behold - now they cannot! really quick at selling but terrible customer service.
Attempted delivery, me and husband plus a handful of contractors home - claimed we werent there, 2nd time they delivered on the road at daft o clock 4-5am, left an oak floor in cold tempertures!!
The utter cheek, to turn a blind eye and go back on your word.
Do not trust these people, we thought they were nice genuine people - turns out they just want your money.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
Very good experience as a buyer, from advice on choices first time in the shop to buying/delivery and additional information requested later. Nice products. Great customer service!
