I placed an order on December 18th and was informed it would arrive by December 23rd. Unfortunately, there has been no update or confirmation email about the delivery status, and I'm eagerly awaiting information on when to expect it.

Box came with a cracked drawer and received a new one and when fitting to van it cracked in 5 different places including the drawer slitting after a couple days I would highly recommend nobody buys this item as it is a complete waste of money, far too fragile and costs far too much

Order made 18th December told would be here by 23rd December still nothing arrived or email confirming when it will arrive still waiting for delivery or expected delivery date??

delivered quickly and just what's needed for foodbank collection in a small shop. Time will tell whether it's strong enough.

I wholeheartedly recommend shopping at Filstorage. While assembling the wardrobe (looks solid so far), a small accident happened and one part cracked. After contacting the company’s representatives, I received immediate assistance, and the damaged piece will be sent to me via express delivery. Excellent service!

Products was damaged. The exit box was I damaged, the bubble wrap was I damaged so must of been packed damaged. Really disappointed and will never purchase another product. I have however spoke to to a lady who I forwarded photos of damaged products. Then I get a message to say say I get 5%discount off next order. How insulting. 😡😡

Quick delivery and their customers service is great.

Goods arrived quickly, appropriately packaged. Did not want to give feedback until item in use. Easily put together by 1 person, once you decipher t6he instructions. Cupboard is a bit of a tardis, loads of storage and rolling fronts give easy accessibility. Very impressed.

Can’t fault the ordering and delivery process but sadly I’d say this is quite a flimsy work station and it was not at all easy to build. Once it was eventually up it seemed a little buckled and at first the drawer wouldn’t go in as intended - sitting squint. We thought we might have attached the runners incorrectly but no. It didn’t sit straight no matter how we fitted them. After a lot of tweaking and finally getting the desk top and ledge / shelf on, it straightens a bit and enough for the drawer to almost go in straight. However in doing so, the corner of the top got damaged and if we try to move the thing, that jumps back out. It wasn’t expensive but I guess you get what you pay for . It will do for now and is functional for what I need it for .

Really flimsy and doors don't shut properly. Disappointed with the quality.
