Hard time to find:
1. Clothes that properly fit my body without post purchase adjustments
2. Clothes with very noble material,
Both together is even harder, even with high end brands your $$$$ purchase is defeated by a non optimal fit.

I have to say the customer experience from the team has been exceptional to the point where Antonio hand delivered the items to me in London from Rome when he realized I was there on a short break and shipping to Saudi would be more hassle. The quality of the clothing and materials are some of the best.

Luxury experience as a customer: high quality fabrics, extremely careful tailoring service but above all, an attention to the detail that makes the shopping experience unique and the product purchased a treasured piece. I strongly recommend to schedule a meeting (can be online!) with someone to take properly your measures. I will return!

I recently purchased a t-shirt from Filatori. However, after just one light wear, the stitching began to unravel significantly. Naturally, I contacted their customer service to inquire about a replacement or refund.

To my surprise and dismay, the response I received was not only unhelpful but also rather insulting. They outright refused to replace the t-shirt and instead suggested that I "don't fit into this world of made-to-measure," recommending that I look elsewhere for t-shirts.

This dismissive attitude was both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer who expected reasonable quality and service, I am deeply disappointed. A reliable brand should stand behind its products and strive to rectify issues, not dismiss them with condescension.

In conclusion, my experience with Filatori has left me dissatisfied and quite surprised. I would caution potential customers to be wary of their product quality and customer service standards. There are certainly other brands out there that value their customers and uphold higher standards of integrity and service.
