Very practical

Because of experience with this company, I had to create an account in Trustpilot so can write my review.

My story is: car that was imported from USA to Poland and now have to be registered in Spain. And even though it's not a "gestoria", they adviced me multiple things to securely register my car. They provided a document that will be useful during ITV and on top of that they answered ALL my questions regarding the process of registration. And everything of above was delivered in 1 day for only approx 50 euros

They care about you as a client, and they do a very professional job. And all the time they was live in chat with me with helping me by saying "what documents you will need in DGT".

It was my pleasure to work with this company and I can advice it to ANYONE who doesn't have an ability to get original CoC or building their own project car!

couldn't provide my ficha which is ok, however they state 1-8 hours which is totally incorrect and if you ask for a refund they just ignore you. Im still waiting 2 weeks for a refund.

I had an appalling experience with FichaExpress (Ingeniero Guillermo Casadevall, Col. 28086). They issued a technical data sheet (Ficha Reducida) with amateur mistakes: an incorrect first registration date, wrong vehicle mass, and the wrong tire size. They even claimed a 1998 car had daytime running lights! They completely ignored the physical reality of the vehicle, providing false locations for the VIN and manufacturer’s plate.

When I confronted them with these errors, I initially requested a 50% discount for the trouble. Instead of fixing their technical blunders, they refunded the full amount just to wash their hands off the situation and dodge their professional responsibility. Later, they claimed they no longer had to correct the document based on their 'Terms and Conditions'. This is legally absurd: a clause in their 'Terms and Conditions' claiming a document spontaneously evaporates if they refund the money is not opposable to the government.
In a later stage, when I presented the car to the ITV, FichaExpress sent a coercive email claiming they would 'invalidate' the document. The ITV was foolish enough to follow their lead through blind administrative zeal, accepting this coercion and ignoring the physical reality of the car they had right in front of them. They left me with a blocked dossier at the ITV and urgent deadlines. Stay far away from FichaExpress and other similar cowboys!

Simply don’t understand how they got 5 stars from other users …
