Ordered 2 beds and paid for them. After that the company has never returned emails, answered there chat on their site or answered their phone. It's been 2 months and I have heard nothing. I believe I had been scammed. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card.
Emails are kicked back, no one reponds to chat on their website. I placed my order 2 months ago and never recieved it.
I would say five star Portugal is really innovative company, according to my experience it delivers what it says.
Totally satisfied with the service.
