Sizing issues, smell like machine oil
Sizing, function, smell….
This product seems like it could be good. But there are some problems.
I used the sizing chart, now maybe it’s supposed to require two people to get into it, but I’m not sure. Following the sizing chart it requires my wife to help me actually get into this thing because I can’t do it by myself.
It seems to function OK however it might just be small on me. I’m not sure.
But the big thing is, I haven’t been able to use it for the month that I’ve owned it. It smells, no it reeks, of machine oil. I have actually put it out on my deck for the wind, the rain and the sun to get the smell out. But even a month later, I still can’t use it because it reeks so horribly!
We’re going to try soaking it in dish dishwashing detergent or something to try to get this stench out. I’ve only worn it once and it made my shirt smell horrible.
Between the smell and perhaps incorrect sizing, it’s just impossible to use.
I wish I had not purchased it.

The strong odor you describe is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. While some products can have a temporary smell from the manufacturing and packaging process, it should normally fade after airing out. A persistent odor after a month is unusual, and we understand why this has prevented you from using it.
