Absolutely ridiculous interest and customer service without empathy/understanding/unfriendly. I can see this only work for smaller loans and if you're extremely desperate and never plan to need customer support. Else I would never use this service again (and even THEN I'd still look for another possibility. ABSOLUTELY ultimatively last resort option). Do never take "maksu vapaa" because then you end up paying 3-4 months interest only without anything coming off the main loan. If you're already a customer, pay it off as fast as you can and run! NEver look back!
Dear Customer Support, I know that you "value" my input (not at all) so please spare me an answer that makes it sound like you care because I know you don't. Just leave it be and live with a bad rating.
I borrowed money and no interest,of course im happy in that way.
