Absolutely amazing service
I don't usually write reviews, but the team at Formuland deserves it. Ordering baby formula online can make you anxious, but their team makes the entire process seamless. They are always fast to reply, super helpful with stock questions, and incredibly polite. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I won't buy my formula anywhere else!

Always an excellent experience! Our formula is hard to find, and Formuland almost always has it in stock. I had an issue with a can (at no fault to Formuland), and they quickly remedied the issue. The person I emailed with was so very nice and helpful. Faithful customer. Highly recommend! Thank you 🙏🏻

Best Customer Service
Reached out in regards to needing formula for my little one and they helped me better understand the differences between each formula. I was able to then place an order which should be here in a few days. Also their customer services and their response time is pretty quick vs waiting for days for someone to respond.

Poor customer service
I think this company has a good supply, but when I have an issue with a large and expensive order that expired two months after arrival and asked for a partial replacement they refused.
No where on their website does it tell you the expiration date of the pre made formula and when it arrived I was surprised it was so soon otherwise I would have not made such a large purchase.
This was several months ago and since I have stopped shopping with formuland.

While waiting for my order the Formuland Team reached out to me via email to let me know they don’t ship to PO Boxes for international orders (which is totally understandable). They reached out to FedEx for me and resolved the issue immediately! I received my order the next day. Their response time was super quick and they provided me updates along the way! I am super happy with the way they handled everything. They have a great customer service team! I will definitely be ordering from Formuland again!

I got the hipp HA and it is easier on her tummy, with other formulas it has her constipated spit up so much. But with this one she poop regular and less spit ups. Fast shipping!
