Formel Skin is a great, convenient way to tackle your skincare. It's easy to put together a set that comes automatically to you (bimonthly is standard). The cleansing and the moisturizing formulas are great. The best thing, however, is the integrated medical support. You can check in regularly wtih photos and a personal doctor will adapt your personalized formula. It's a bit pricy, however, around 30 € per month but that seems to come from the medical supervision for the most part which makes it so great in the first place.
You can also ask questions to your doctor at anytime. But the messaging structure is a bit clunky – would be great if you could add messages to the check-ins directly for example.

Customer service is non existent. There's no way to report a problem with an order, ask a specific question or change your delivery date. I want to cancel but they make that difficult too!

I went for Formel Skin, because the lowest strength Tretinoin cream sold in Germany is 0.05%, and I wanted to start with lesser amount. I was delivered 0,006% Tretinoin cream, which I am supposed to use for 2 months. This is such a microscopic dose, that it is highly unlikely to have any effect on my skin at all. I would understand starting with this for perhaps a couple of weeks, but 2 months? What a waste of money. I specifically mentioned in the questionnaire that my skin is not sensitive at all. Why sell customized service, if you do not take customers feedback about the formula before sending it out? Skin does not need 2 months to get used to a new product, if you are so worried, send a couple of smaller bottles of cream at increasing doses of the active ingredient. Very disappointed. I am charged a monthly subscription, although I was sent a two months supply already. So much for formula adjustment. I think I am better off just starting with 0,05 for fraction of the cost.

Customer service is terrible! I have been trying to reactivate my account and due to some bug in your system I cannot contact the dermatologist anymore. This is one of your core products that I have paid for and I don’t have access anymore. Fix this or refund me!

I was given a face wash, the serum for acne, moisturizer, and I got the sale offer of the BHA since that was recommended to me upon checkout. Luckily I tried each item one by one and not all at the same time, it would have been a chaos if I tried everything at once. First I tried the serum for acne, I used it for 3weeks, I followed how it's supposed to be used but I did not see any improvement on my skin. By the 2nd week I added the moisturizer, its too thick, when I apply it after the serum, my hands/fingers are getting stuck on my face because the moisturizer is too thick. I also have a theory that this moisturizer causes more acne on my face that's why the serum did not work while I was using the moisturizer with it. I stopped the moisturizer, then I tried the facial cleanser, my face got all itchy and red immediately after cleansing my face!! I tried it a few times more just to make sure that it's the one causing the redness and itchiness on my face and not just a food that I have taken. But I have confirmed that the cleanser was the one causing it 😣 I stopped everything after that and I had to repait my skin barrier 😣 I bought this skincare line thinking it would help my acne and my mental health but it worsened everything!! 😣

my experience was very good

I have been having acne since 2020 and over the years my confident dropped so bad , that I had to rely on makeup everyday before going out, it was an endless lope , makeup made my acne worse but I wouldn’t stop using it anyway.
