No more product support??

Spent so much on this thing and now the company is defunct? What gives?

The helmet is just ok as a helmet. My Shoei GT-Air II was far more comfortable a quieter. The inbuilt audio is great and the ability to record video is as well. As for smart? I'm not so sure. The app is possibly the worst ever created. Navigating the app is a horrendous experience, especially when you're out and about.

Battery is pretty rubbish and can't easily find an upgrade for that. The helmet is so light, I feel like a slightly bigger battery would be beneficial.

Simply put, I will go back to my Shoei after this and just get an audio system for the helmet separately.

I purchased my MK1 helmet to support an Australian Company and design (which is great).
After trying to contact the company for several months and getting no reply - by both email and phone, I've come to learn they sold-out to GoPro... what a massive let down.
Service has gone to crap, no one gets back to you and so much for supporting an Australian Company - guess the CEO went for the money instead - very, very, very sad

Had our Helmets since September. Very happy with sound and camera and fit a little too noisy and we have the upgraded padding. Having no helmet coms is a major setback to this product hopefully they get this right soon. (it was the goal I believe for late 2022) Still haven't figured out how to use the phone while riding either?? Maybe just too old hey

I am really glad I took the plunge and bought the Forcite helmet. After a few teething problems initially, it works wonderfully well. I cannot speak highly of the support I got from from Tim & Nicolas.

Hi Guys

After 2 wks of getting my helmet I finally got to take it out for a spin, I am in Brissy and the weather was a lovely 25c, I loved it, simply loved it, there is always a but, but 2 things really annoyed me with this premium helmet:

It was incredibly hot, the only air I felt was from the 2 chin vents, the top of my head I couldn't feel any air at all, and started to sweat after 3 minutes, is there something I need to check???
It is a very noisy helmet for the price and premium point, its fine up till 40kmh then after it sounds like I'm standing next to a fan, the helmet is a good fit and even wearing ear plugs its still noisy and with the volume set to 100% its quite hard to hear above 60kmh, what can be done about this?????
Other than that, the App, camera, Nav and alerts are spot on, and I am very very happy I own a Forcite helmet, just the 2 above bug bears are the issue, any advice???

Best helmet I’ve ever invested in. Comfortable, light and for the inbuilt technology awesome video, sound and mapping. Excellent customer service and support well done team Forcite.

I’ve been riding with my Forcite for 18 months. It is comfortable, light well ventilated and fantastic. The camera and sound quality are exceptional and the software with navigation and warnings is great. The after sales service is second to none. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Own a Founders Edition and won’t be buying any other brand going forward. Great customer support, often responding within hours.

I've been following Forcites journey for a few years now, and it was exciting to see the new MK1S design become available. Ive had mine now for a few weeks and the padding has settled in, I've got a handle on the technology and it's been a joy to ride with.

Had to change size to large through no fault of Forcite, support are amazing to deal with and the helmet itself is fantastic to wear and the functions are amazing along with excellent film footage. Get on board everyone don’t hesitate

I jumped in from the get go and ordered the founders edition helmet the night first sales went live. I haven't worn any of my other helmets since. Gotta say that the customer service is outstanding from these guys, I had a sizing issue which was creating some really bad wind noise, but they were onto it pronto for me. After a phone call from the guys (Yes, that's right, they called me!!) to discuss the issue, they sent me new cheek pads to improve the fit, and it's now perfect. No more wind noise than any other carbon fibre helmet I've worn. The tech is just special, there's no other way to describe it. The only negative is that now when I'm "out and about" the missus can call me, and I've got no excuse for not answering. I love the autorecord function and playing my favourite tunes while riding. When I'm due for a replacement, this is the only helmet I will consider buying. Overall, "Top Knotch"...

Forcite Company has done an amazing job.

Every time i came to them with an issue the promptly and eagerly fixed it. Not to mention the MK1S itself is an amazing piece of technology.

The support and communication from this company during the development and manufacturing process of the founders edition was nothing short of amazing. The continual improvement and willingness to listen to customers about any issues, even if beyond their control and also any improvements for the future is outstanding. simply a great Australian innovator to deal with.

Great helmet well made. Unfortunately anyone who owns the current Goldwing.. not compatible.....

Very happy with the helmet, and equally impressed with Forcite. After delivering a great product in the Mk 1, they have listened to the customers and worked tirelessly to not only rectify any teething issues but also to improve the product and software. I happily recommend this helmet at every opportunity and can guarantee that my next helmet will be another Forcite.
