Excellent course for anyone needing a food safety supervisor certificate. Was very easy to follow. Takes about 2 days to complete but this is going at a cruisy state. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very well-structured course, and easy to navigate. The course covered all the requirements well with very helpful materials and questions. I would recommend to anyone working in the food industry.

The course was informative, straightforward and easy to complete. A big plus for me was being able to complete the course without having to submit practical video assessments. This is particularly helpful if you don’t have access to a commercial kitchen, which is a requirement with some other course providers. The instructions were clear, the content was easy to follow and the overall process was very user-friendly. Highly recommended.

The website before committing to this course was very well set up with clear information. Once signed up, payment was easy and all the lessons were well presented, with clear information. Each lesson could be completed in 45 - 60 mins. One area that I was not happy with was that if you got 1 or 2 questions wrong on a quiz you had to redo all the questions again, not just the ones that were wrong. This was very time consuming and in my opinion not at all necessary. The help centre was very good with a speedy response and clear and helpful assistance. Once the course was completed satisfactorily my certificate of attainment was emailed under 24 hours.

Have been able to successfully complete this course in just over a week. The challenging part was completing a video assessment. I had to do this in a single session as did not save on my first attempt and was over half way through it. I have however completed the video assessment on my second attempt and passed. There's a lot of information and detail in this course, you need to allow a decent amount of time to complete. With a 21 video assessment it would have taken a lot of pressure off if you could save your progress. All in all though this was a good course and I have learnt a lot from it.

I learnt so much that is helpful for my home and community kitchens. The lessons are well set out in bite sizes with assessments in between. You can redo them until you get 100% which what you need to get before moving to the next module. When I had questions, their responses were quick and friendly whether it’s via email or on the phone. The final assessment was an observation of cooking a dish then oral questioning. The oral questions were too open ended and vague, I think because they were not set by the company but the supervisor was making it up as he went. The course has to be finished within 12 months.

Highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to work in food service sections

I found the Food Safety Supervisor Course very enjoyable and easy. The modules were short, concepts well-explained and prompts useful, so there was no problem remembering the content and passing the quizzes. The observer report was quite comprehensive. I received my certification on the same day the observer report was submitted!

Very easy to use, lessons are very informative.

From the start till the end of the course.....it was a clear and seamless experience.....I needed help i called and got it asap... the actual course was easy to follow, this making it quick qnd easy.

I found dealing with Food Safety First Team when I did understand a questions, they were very prompt getting back to me either via email or phone call back. Thank you for help. Highly recommend these courses.

The Food Safety First Course was an in-depth Course and most informative. Although there were many questions to answer and some case studies to read there were things I learned that made it all worthwhile.
It was great that there were 5 chances to get the questions correct if wrong answers were given.
It was also a user-friendly course since staff could be contacted if some help was required.

The course was straight forward and informative.
The only thing that was an issue was that there was no manual to follow for supporting information to questions. At lease not that I could find.

I enjoyed the course,as I was time poor the format really helped me stay focussed and.I learned so much in the process.The resources I received via the course will help me better at my job too and saved valuable time.The team was very supportive and efficient with my changes in observer for the last part of the assessment, strongly recommend the course, especially for someone that has not done it before,as it was really focusing on support tools and highlighting the non-negotiable responsibilities.
