I have contracted a service with Mr Harris Sinanovic
I have contracted a service with Fonus Riks och Utland Office, I have asked for a quote which he provided and spoke to him many times over the phone from Portugal before contracting him.
Everything appeared to be going well until we received the deceased in Portugal, we couldn't believe what we saw at the airport, the coffin was a very basic raw chipboard instead of a proper wooden coffin as agreed.
When we got to our place and opened the coffin we found out that there was no zinc coffin as agreed but there was a body bag instead.
I have contacted Fonus, there were more than 100 emails, he never answered any question, all he mentioned was that this is the way they work in Sweden and that there are no zinc coffins in Sweden, but he quoted for one.
As if that was not enough when the invoiced arrived Fonus charged 30% more than he quoted and he ignored all questions and warnings.
I paid according to the quote and with the shameless service that he provided, I did not pay for the overcharge, and now he is trying to double charge me, 30% more is not enough now.
I have copied the Portuguese embassy and Swedish police in every email and at the beginning he asked me not to do that.
I have also asked for the address of the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Ombudsman and Fonus ignored me.
Fonus also mention that he was going to put me in contact with his manager but failed to do that.
To sum up Fonus, deliberately downgraded the service and the materials used in order to maximise the profit, fell short of the truth all way along, ignored all my questions, acted at his own discretion without my authorisation, quoted 30% less than he charged and is now trying to double charge me.
Fonus has acted like a thief and a real fraudster, I wouldn't suggest this firm not even to my biggest enemy, these people are untrustworthy.
