I booked 3 months ago with these guys was good website easy to navigate but 24 hrs before my flight they cancelled my reservation and still no email or correspondence as to why. I'd I hadn't checked the day before we would have been stranded. Shit service!!!!!!!!!
Prior to a current trip to New Zealand from Queensland I booked and paid for transport from our home address to the local airport. I received a booking number and informed that a driver would be allocated the night prior to the flight. I received no response to several phone calls apart from a texted and recorded message "they couldn't take the call as they were driving, so leave a message"
My husband and I waited till 15mins after the expected pick-up time with no result. We had to quickly make other arrangements causing inconvenience to the respondent.
This is shameful and I intend to take it further.
Definitely a shonky business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
SCAM. AVOID! Booked a transfer from Melbourne Airport to Melbourne CB. Got confirmation email with a link to a page for the booking that was meant to update with the driver details. 15 mins before scheduled pick up there was still no allocated driver so tried calling them 12 times and couldn't get to speak to anyone. No communication from them so ended up jumping in an Uber. Complained via email and unsurprisingly zero response!
