We Had Exceed do a Gala dinner hidden charges for a silent auction for software use licences etc
Silent auction gifts were substandard and expensive compared to others for the same experiences

Was told they raised £22400 on the night by the hostesses working but we haven’t received a penny when we contacted the company we was told all the items sold we are the minimum reserve but we haven’t received screenshots from the staff and are owed £9230

This is the second year in a row that we have used the services of Exceed Giving for our Silent Auction at our annual charity ball. Their professionalism, punctuality and hospitality has always been brilliant. They offer a great range of prizes to help our charity benefit and suit our audience. We were also thrilled this year that our funds raised through the silent auction were nearly double to the previous year. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday in an idyllic setting. What made it even more special was the friendly, but professional, Team on the island. It really was a holiday to remember! The food was fantastic and there was a lot of it! The journey from Managua to Calala was part of the trip, I had my doubts, but we actually really enjoyed it! Maybe one day we could do it all again!

We had a great experience working with Exceed on our annual Gala Ball fundraising event. Lovely team, efficient, always happy to help and working hard at the event itself. Thoroughly recommend them!

We had a wonderful stay in Cortona and overall thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The location of the apartment was excellent, just a 1–2 minute walk from the main town square, restaurants and shops, while still being incredibly peaceful and quiet. The parking information provided in advance was very helpful and made arrival straightforward. The apartment itself was full of character, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The only slight drawback within the apartment was the main bedroom. The low archway in the middle of the room made accessing the bathroom a little awkward at times, and there is no door on the bathroom, so privacy is quite limited. However, these were relatively minor points and did not detract significantly from our stay.

The only real disappointment was the included wine and olive oil tasting. We were initially told this would take place at the wine bar in the main square, but on arrival were directed to another venue nearby. The tasting consisted of just four red wines, with no white wines or olive oil tasting included, and the pours were extremely small. We also discovered from other guests attending that the wine tasting itself was offered free of charge anyway. Fortunately, we had arranged additional vineyard tastings during our stay, which were fantastic and more than made up for this. Aside from this aspect, we had a lovely time and would happily recommend the accommodation, particularly for its location, character and convenience.

The main purpose of us having this experience was to support a very worthwhile charity (Hospitality Action) - however, the experience was amazing!
My wife and a friend thoroughly enjoyed and had fun with the Charlotte Tilbury make-over and took advantage of the vouchers for products, and then we met them at Gordon Ramsay's River Restaurant for lunch. The staff we so attentive and helpful, the food was AMAZING and the the generosity went well above and beyond what was expected for the "package".
It is so great that we were treated and greeted with such warmth and generosity when you kind of expect when using a "voucher" that you may just get the bare minimum - this was completely the opposite and the charity were truly honoured by the enthusiasm the team showed. Thank you to everyone involved and I can not recommend highly enough the River Restaurant - it is a must-do-experience and we will definitely be returning.

From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, uncomplicated and an joy.
Regular team calls, the addition of our own items, professional team and efficient updates.
The evening was calm and the delivery was amazing.
After care, all the winners have been contacted and have all been overjoyed with their winning bids.

Our chef: Ben and his assistant: Orla were both brilliant and the food was simply fantastic!! I could not recommend this highly enough. We look forward to doing it all again in the near future!!

What a great experience using Exceed, Josh and Jenny were both so helpful in the lead up to our event and on the execution on the night. Everything went so smoothly. Jenny and the bookings team have also been spot on dealing with any questions. Would certainly recommend them.

Excellent apartment in a super location in Tuscany. Many restaurants and bars available and also other picturesque places to visit . The team in Cortona are superb.

We had an amazing time at the game - better than we could have imagined. It really was a special experience.

The accommodation served our purposes well and was in a really convenient location for getting around and seeing Brooklyn and traveling to Manhattan.

We won an experience and attended the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. We have been to numerous F1 events around the globe and this one topped them all!!! The food was amazing, staff was super helpful and being in a suite overlooking the track when Lando Noris won the championship by 2 points is something we will cherish for ever!!!
