Phones and emails not answered. Just quotes which are wholly incorrect
Does this company even exist? I had a quote from them, and after a lot of back and forth with drawings, it seemed fine. The discussions with the sales person seemed fine, and we were looking at a payback period of about 4 years. I paid a deposit.
When the contract came through, the figures shown were completely different, with a payback period of 13 years.
I then spoke to the head sales person who said I would get a revised quote and new figures, then I could chat to him. Nothing whatsoever happened. No figures, no quote, and therefore no discussion.
I have emailed several times, and got no responses. I have called every number shown, and none of them are answered.
I will end up doing a chargeback to get my money back.
I would not trust this firm further than I could throw them.

Outstanding.
Scaffolders arrived and erected scaffold. As they were finishing a team of three arrived in a van and set to installing the electrical equipment followed by the 10 solar panels. Scaffolders returned and removed scaffold. I was then given full information of the system operation.
Everything left clean and tidy.
Total time start to finish was approximately three and a half hours. Amazing.
Would definitely recommend Evergreen for solar panel systems.

Battery and hybrid inverter installation
Would have loved to give 5 out of 5, but having had a bit of an issue with some poorly advised service person put a little bit of frustration into the service. Having said that though, from arranging the site review, attended by Gully (nice bloke, knows his stuff and easy going) getting the paperwork done and also getting follow ups for the installation work went well (aside from the aforementioned issue). Installation was an absolute breeze, Jamie was awesome. Rocked up and just cracked on, battery and inverter installed, no mess and cleaned up afterwards. Gave me a walk through the configuration and got the inverter registered, so I could view on the app....which i do look at multiple times a day.....new toy and all that! Another nod to Gully for doing a post installation check in to see if it went well.... 4.5 out of 5.
Pricing wise, they were best out of 4 quotes I'd had. So far, so good.

My complaint is ongoing with this company.
It has been an 18th month collection of evidence, back and forth with no response or resolution.
When a company installs open cell spray foam and does not comply to the 2021 Building regulations, that is breach of contract with the customer.
My investigation continues.

This is the third negative review you have written on Trustpilot alone. No number of reviews will change the fact that there is nothing wrong with the installation. In fact, the BBA (British Board of Agrément) visited in November 2025 and said the same: the installation is compliant with their certification. We have visited multiple times in 2025 and advised you on the process for selling the property, should you choose to in the future.
We have responded, visited and arranged for third-party inspections. We feel it is time for you to stop listening to cold callers and scam companies who demand thousands of pounds for unnecessary removal. What you should be doing is reporting these companies to Trading Standards and the police, as the BBA (British Board of Agrément) have advised you to do.
Your reviews are now slanderous. You clearly wish to harm us, and any further acts will leave us no choice but to pursue litigation.

I would also like to mention Gareth the engineer who came to install the battery system.I sent in a note to Evergreen Power to tell them how much I appreciated his hard work and even though working in a very confined space in the very hot weather, he did not complain once. The weight of this equipment and getting into the outside cupboard under the stairs, well with the effort, a great job. Many thanks again.

Bad workmen
Really bad workmen left screws/nails, wood and other metal fittings all over my drive behind my car from a pallet they smashed open on my drive also causing damage to the drive best part is that it wasn't my house they was installing solar at.

I had a technical issue with connection to the inverter meaning the app wasn't working and I was offline.
Malvin from technical support talked me through the process, was very patient and ensured I was up and running correctly and re explained what I was looking for in the app.
