Unfortunately no updates received in email about the package. Delivery in land of delivery without notification about delivery day, they left it at the front door.
But received it in good conditions

Very smooth process,from choosing the time slot to the pick up at the address. A few days later the pack was delivered without any issues to the final destination.

We received our item! That is what made it great - we had challenges due to our item being sent overseas to the US - ended up having to pay another duty fee once item was received in the US (we were not informed) - but that was fine

Very poor experience last time, couldn't pick up the package for 7 days.

Easy process, excellent service. Convenient

As I forgot my backpack with my passport & laptop along with some other stuff, after leaving my friend's house in Brascia and wanted to have it immediately in Florence I quickly went through the net in order to find a courier service company. Finally I found Europacco through the net and it was really very convenient as they had the service that was collecting my stuff rite from my door step which was really convenient. This actually helped me not to trouble my friend as she was very busy with her work. I first went through Trustpilot to check on them which I do with companies I haven't heard of and their rating were something like 4.6 out of 5. I was convinced. But I went through all the negative comments as I usually do. There was some very bad reviews. But I think they are helpless on those as they use all main courier services to send people's stuff and I think the main courier companies should be responsible for those. But Europacco has to be very active in order to solve customers issues without blocking the customer when they can't solve an issue(which I read in a couple of negative reviews)as we go through Europacco. Only thing that I was concerned and worried about was the insurance company they deal with. According to the negative reviews I feel that the customer is right on all occasions as we buy an insurance to cover the value of the items which is in those packages/parcels though they are used or brand new. Even the used once has a value for everyone. This is why we pay and buy an insurance to cover that value. I still covered my backpack with an insurance. But according to customers pass experiences, I don't recommend anyone to waste extra money in buying an insurance if u don't have brand new stuff in the package. It's a waste of money until Europacco change their insurance company. Europacco's charges are really cheap. In the meantime I had a couple of confusions due to my own fault and I immediately called Postal courier service hotline and with their instructions wrote to Europacco saturday midnight and they replied to me Monday earlier morning while I sorted it with the Postal courier driver where I had a unreachable missed call massage from my mobile service provider. My pack was picked up by them Friday afternoon and it had reached my house in Florence the very next day by noon though I got it Monday noon as sunday was a holiday. I would say they were really great and would like to thank Europacco for the great job done. I really wanted to write this review for them for that great service rendered to me though I'm really busy with my work these days

Unfortunately, communication is extremely difficult. No one answers the phone, and emails are rarely, if ever, responded to.

A serious issue occurred with our last shipment: 100 products are missing. In addition, the packages were originally sealed with a single strip of tape, but arrived with two seals. It is also concerning that the shipment’s weight suddenly decreased by 15 kg during the handover to the German delivery service.

There has been no response to this complaint so far.

After trying myself for a couple of months, Europacco helped with finally getting my belongings back home. They made what turned out to be a really complex job into something more straightforward. I recommend using them to save yourself a lot of hassle and time.

I was disappointing because of the additional 6cm of the box that was impossible to find a box with the exact size or smaller and the price you charge.
I think you did a good job in the collecting process but the no flexibility about the small box difference and this was disappointing for me.

We needed to courier a part for our boiler to New Zealand. DHL were difficult advising we needed all sorts of additional paper work that was not available for the part so we instead tried Europacco. Was super easy to arrange online, clear instructions and collection, tracking and delivery was as expected. I would definitely recommend and use them again
