Be aware
Bought a present for my mother, was broken before I even took it out. Wanted to make use of my warranty, apart from a AI-service I never spoke to a human. I sent them videos to show the problem as required but now they dont reply.

Great Product & Service, Be Aware of Taxes if in UK
If ordering for delivery to the UK be aware.
The products, service etc was great, when you go to pay you are pre-warned that you need to pay taxes in the UK. I expected VAT but what I wasn't prepared for was import tax and a brokerage charge from UPS on top. My fees to receive my parcel were £76.93!!! Although I love the products I received and the service was great, the tax I had to pay wasn't worth the order. To improve the service delivering to the UK going forward, it would be good if it was only the VAT you had to pay, otherwise orders end up being too expensive.

The charges UPS has billed you are import duties for your parcel. Import duties have been charged for your parcel because we are based in the Netherlands and all parcels sent from the EU to the United Kingdom must now undergo customs checks and are subject to import duties. We have posted warnings in the checkout for all customers who select “United Kingdom” as their destination country when placing their order. The warning states that we are based in the Netherlands and that import duties are levied on all parcels sent to the United Kingdom.
The costs are determined by customs and by UPS itself during the customs process. It is therefore not possible for us to know in advance what the costs will be, as we are not involved in the calculation process and each cost is unique to each parcel. We cannot waive or change the import duties, as this is beyond our control and is now mandatory under new trade laws between the United Kingdom and the EU. Furthermore, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund the order, as it has already been transferred to UPS.

Unfortunately they selling fake products. I am fan o Oakley products since 1998 and I know this company, and I have a lot of products. Unfortunately I both at etrias.de Oakley bag pack Sink. Looks ok, and It looks good, but the material it is made of is some kind of failure.... so I decide order one more from Oakley website. And believe me or not but material is completely different. Is soft and And I don't care if anything happens to it, because the one I bought from your shop, I have to handle it like an egg. It is fraying. Even from the inside the workmanship is some kind of embarrassment. Immediately after picking up the backpack from the courier I started to have doubts that maybe Oakley has fallen down on the quality of its products, but it's not Oakley, it's you guys selling fake stuff from China. Shame on you.

DECEITFUL COMPANY
DECEITFUL COMPANY: I bought about 600 euros of kitchen items. One plastic tin of 20 euros came with a crack...they proposed "voucher for the item or get a new one sent". I said voucher.
The voucher they sent was for 2 euros, because they subtracted the discount for the total order. I said that I'd therefore like the item itself, but they have refused.
NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE LIARS.

There are room for improvement
They were very quick to withdrawn the money from my bank account, then they did not ship anything due to lack of inventory and provided me with a new shipping date. When the new shipping date was overdue there was no new update and the company did respond very late on e-mails to the customer support. Then actually did not respond to after I had raised the issue at the European Commission's homepage for Online Dispute Resolution. Then suddenly sent a respond and my order was shipped the next day.
