This is the absolutely worst company I have been trying for months to speak with a representative. No one answers emails they are sometime sent back as undeliverable. There is no working phone number. The company is a scam and I have put stop payments on the subscription that one I did not sign up for and two I cant cancel. I feel I should turn this over to the fraud department and see if they can locate this business. So if you have not tried them, dont . Cause its not worth the hassles
Never received my package and customer service just stopped communicating with me. Do not purchase from them! Scammers
Call your Credit card soon as you can to get your money back and tell your bank to cancel anything with them
Why I haven't read this prior review before making any order. It's my same experience. I just bought a product for the eyes, now I appear as with a subscription. I have not even received the first product, I already being charged with two others. I am making all I can to CANCEL "any relation" with this people.
The product I receive is not the same size that was advertised plus you have to subscribe to receive the product and it is a weekly subscription which means the company is basically ripping off people their money before they get the next set of products. When I went to cancel (after I found out they had already taken 2 weeks money out of my account) they said their cancellation policy state I had to cancel 3 days before renewal date, which I didn't see after reading it twice, so that must have been added on recently.
