Near impossible to cancel
While the vitamins were fine, I have tried to cancel following all the steps. I thought everything was fully canceled at the beginning of August and yet I’m still being charged. This company makes it damn near impossible to cancel. Don’t trust them.

One of the most predatory subscription models that gives you the run around to cancel. Vitamins are vitamins, company is one star for ethics.
Edit after response; The first email triggers a deal, so its 2 emails for anyone interested. If you can click to subscribe you should be able to click to cancel. Trying to maximize LTV through these tactics isn't above board, especially when hidden behind production forecasting in a business of your size.

save your money. did a 3 month trial as they say after that time period 95% of people see change in behavior and eating patterns. I didnt see any change and the cost kept getting more and more by the Third month, it was $120 for a month supply. way overpriced for no results..

Absolutely love the toddler multi vitamin unflavored. It mixes perfectly in our son's yogurt and is a great way to start the day since he is a picky eater. I also noticed digestion, sleep, and cognition improved. Easy and worth every cent. We are on month 2!

Vitamins for picky kids
My granddaughter is 5 and her mom has had trouble getting her to take any vitamin, gummy or chewable. She easily drinks water or juice with EllaOla and says it is making her strong and smart and her hair is growing. We love it and highly recommend!

So glad I started my son on EllaOla multivitamins. He would not take other kinds, not even gummies. This mixes into his juice easily and he takes it right down without even knowing. His mood, behavior, and developmental milestones have all increased in positive ways within about a week of starting a daily dose.

My 2 year old isn’t especially fussy but was unwell whilst taking his previous vitamin (which he used to love) which unfortunately put him off it. Chose this as a replacement. Mixed it into water, squash, smoothies and safe foods - my son now won’t drink or eat water anything we mixed it into (even if we don’t add it in). It’s really put us in a pickle as it’s made him more fussy and suspicious with foods and drinks.
2. Automatically sets up a subscription with no easy way to cancel (only can skip orders it seems.
3. No option for refund if child doesn’t like it unlike other brands.

Good product in theory, badly run company which forces you on to subscription. You can't get in touch with the company, speak to them or get refunds for numerous orders. Avoid until they have a more trustworthy website.

If there was a ZERO star option I would have chose that. This product clumps up in liquid. Even room temperature water/juice. The fact they do NOT allow customers to cancel subscription without them 1st trying to wheel & deal.. offering more discounts is concerning. Also 50- iver 100$ a month for vitamins is absurd. Not realistically affordable for us parents with more than 1 child. I do NOT reccomend this product. Hope this review helps save another person from going through so much disappointment. 600-1200$ a YEAR for vitamins is just shocking.

Our 5 year old has ASD and it has been a challenge finding a multivitamin that he will take. Finding Ella Olla has been a game changer. We slip it into his water, it's flavorless and he has no idea its in there. He was recently told he had low iron so we also use the Ella Olla Iron with Vit C as well as the probiotic. We will never switch. We know this works and we've seen it!

Unable to cancel subscription… BEWARE!!!
The product itself is good but the predatory subscription service is a joke!
You cannot cancel the subscription without emailing them and they still continue to take money. Shipping costs are more than a 3rd of the product price and takes 3 weeks to arrive. I have only had the product a week before they took money for the next lot!
Do yourself a favour and find something with less of a hassle.
