All good but There is a problem with the web shop
Everything went smoothly, the prices are lower than anywhere else, and the free shipping option is great. There is a problem with the web shop, When you click on a shade of a product it doesn’t show, you have to again do it. It’s annoying.

Bad Experience!
I waited 1 week for my order. When i contacted support about my missing order they said your order has been cancelled due to no stock without saying anything to me. No information, nothing sent to me about it. A wasted week of my life.

No items received. Starting to feel like a scam 😔 Ordered 10 days ago, still no package. Nothing is handed over to Posti to be delivered. No one is updating.

Edit: Items arrived 12 days after this review was initially posted. The items were complete. I personally like the products in eleven but it is quite difficult to know what's happening to an order. I'd still purchase next time, but this recent transaction wasn't very great due to lack of updates and the weeks of delay.
