FRAUD

FRAUD !
1. Product is not made in Germany as advertised. It's made in China.
2. 2-year warranty was not honored by the company. They ghosted us after promising to send us a new massage gun at a discount.
3. After taking the product apart, I am quite certain that obsolescence is programmed in to look like battery failure. THIS PRODUCT APPEARS PROGRAMMED TO FAIL even after attaching direct power from adapter and bypassing the battery.
I am happy to discuss and demonstrate my findings to Elekjack.

Super bad service

Super bad service, I have tried to get a reply for my order but not possilbe, I did order the 17th of June and even it said I would it get fast, I do not get any reply for when I send mail.
Further more it says here at Trustpilot that they have a phone number
you can just let me know here or amnswer my mail when I will recieve, ?? now that you dont answer the phone

The person answering the call, has the name Tobi and he claims that he do not work for you company
Please notice that the delivery adress is in Germany Not outside to any other country
